East Helena Wizard Wednesdays : one-on-one library app assistance
Bring your phone or tablet for one-on-one help with library apps in East Helena!
Staff can help you with library apps any time, but if you want to guarantee uninterrupted personal assistance, visit us on Wizard Wednesdays. This new program will be every third Wednesday of each month in 2023 from 4-6pm at the East Helena Library. Located at 16 East Main Street.
Some things we can help with include: finding and downloading ebooks, audiobooks, and other media (for all ages!) to your phone or tablet; managing all of your family's library cards in one place, including placing holds and renewing items.
Disclaimer: We cannot help with hardware problems (ex. device won't turn on or charge), locked devices, lost passwords or most non-library apps, websites, and services.
