After-Work R&R for Adults: Writing Prompts to Inspire or Crack Writers Block

Relax and restore yourself! Indulge your creativity with fun activities for adults at the Library. Summer 2025 features crafts and fun things to do Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. We do ask for registration in order to provide all the supplies needed.

July 24: Writing Prompts for the win!

Get inspired and have fun with your writing by hand, see where this leads you! We’ll provide paper, pens and prompts. With 5 minute writing sessions, create a tactile experience you can choose to share at the end of the session, or keep close and cherish.

Writing by hand is incredible! It creates emotional connection to own self (and readers too, if you write for others). Old-fashioned hand writing improves memory, activates neural pathways, and can create a space for deliberate intention. Please register below.
